Welcome to Walter J. Meyer School where our motto is “It’s a matter of pride.” Our motto shows in all that we do.

Walter J. Meyer is a K-6 grade school with a staff of highly qualified, energetic, and dedicated professionals. We offer small class sizes and an innovative curriculum. Our math and science classes are both inquiry based and hands on programs. We are proud to be a Reading First School! Being a Reading First School means that we work as a team to provide research based reading instruction with high student engagement ensuring increased student achievement. Art, P.E., Computers and Library are additional courses in our balanced curriculum.
