Bell Schedule 2015-2016

Mr. Brent J. DeRoestGreetings Walter J. Meyer Family!

We had a great Thanksgiving lunch with many parents before the break! Thank you to all who participated. In addition to the project-based instruction in many of our classes, we are all gearing up for the winter music program on Tuesday, December 20 at 6:00 p.m.

We will also host our annual Make and Take night on Thursday, December 15 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Lowe’s has once again stepped up and donated the craft for the kids and will help the staff ensure the students are building their craft properly and safely. I encourage parents and community members to bring your family and friends to both of these wonderful December events at Walter J. Meyer.

As we near the end of the year, I would like to remind parents and community members to donate to the school through tax donations. Any tax donations given to the school will be reimbursed up to $200.00 for single or couples filing separately and $400.00 for couples filing jointly. This is matched dollar for dollar by the state. Forms can be found on our district website or in the school office. We will also have forms available at both of the above mentioned events. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

Regards,

 Brent J. DeRoest
